CEREMONY
Welcome to RACE Awapuni in Palmerston North. Our venue is set in park like surroundings, with spectacular views over to the Tararua Ranges and the wind farm. The views, old trees and buildings make a wonderful backdrop for your wedding ceremony and photos.
You can hold your ceremony in the birdcage, in front of the fountain, under the large oak trees, in front of the palms or any other spot that you like! And if we have bad weather, you are guaranteed a venue inside.
RECEPTION
At RACE Awapuni we offer all the right ingredients to enhance the most special day of your life – modern reception facilities, excellent service, sumptuous catering by Creative Catering and the idyllic setting to make a beautiful backdrop for your wedding photographs.
We have a range of lounges available to choose from - whether you prefer a small boutique wedding for under 50 people or would like all your friends and family with over 400 people, we can help create your special day.
CATERING AT YOUR VENUE
We understand how important it is for you to select your dream venue for your wedding. If you are holding your reception in a hall, marquee or even a woolshed, then we can bring Creative Caterings top-rated cuisine and attentive service at you.
Our off-site catering service comes with table cloths, napkins, crockery, cutlery and service staff.
