Whether your meeting or conference is large or small, RACE Awapuni offers first-class facilities and the flexibility to host them all. Our dedicated Conference & Events Manager will facilitate your venue, catering, theming and audiovisual needs to ensure your meeting runs smoothly. Bookings for RACE Awapuni are managed and catered by Creative Catering. We also work closely with our preferred audio visual company Image Group to ensure all aspects of your meeting are planned, managed and delivered to your specifications.

RACE  Awapuni has 13 meeting rooms of various size, including a main plenary which seats 700 people theatre style.
