Lewis Jones - Director of Catering
Lewis heads the Creative Catering team and works along side the Conference & Events Manager, Maître D & Executive chef to ensure the smooth operation of the company. Lewis takes a hands-on approach and is often seen quoting events, liaising with suppliers, setting up offsite functions or jumping in and helping the team out. Having worked at Creative Catering since it was established, Lewis has an extensive knowledge of how events work and ways to make each event a success.
Kadie Burrell - Conference & Events Manager
As our Conference and Events Manager, Kadie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Creative Catering which she has a degree in international travel and tourism. She looks after the Awapuni Function Centre, the Manawatu Vintage Car Club and many other off-site events. With her knowledge and hands on experience she will make sure that your conference, wedding, or event runs without a glitch!
Megan Vincent - Maître D
Megan oversees the running of all onsite and offsite events, checking rooms are set, decorated and on point. Her team ensure the smooth delivery of food throughout the event and are always there to help out with last minutes details. Megan has worked for Creative Catering for over a decade and comes from a fine-dining background.
Udith Hewa - Executive Chef
Chef Udith has expansive worldwide experience in the Kitchen. He originates from Sri Lanka and has been in the industry for over 25 years. He has trained and worked in many countries around the globe. His love for food inspires him to learn about all types of cuisines and incorporates them in his kitchen here at Creative Catering. He specialises in fine dining & desserts and has a wealth of knowledge from his previous roles working on cruise ships, airlines, renowned restaurants in NZ and at the NZ Defense base.
