Our dedicated Conference & Events Manager will facilitate your venue, catering, theming and audiovisual needs to ensure your meeting runs smoothly. Bookings for Awapuni Function Centre are managed and catered by Creative Catering. We also work closely with our preferred audio visual company Image Group to ensure all aspects of your meeting are planned, managed and delivered to your specifications.

With flexible spaces for 5 to 500 our vast array of function Lounges makes it your ideal for conference or trade show event hire, whether you hold your event in one of our 13 rooms or utilise the entire venue exclusively. With an entire racecourse to work with, capacity is no issue at our function venue.
