Lewis Jones - Director of Catering

Lewis heads the Creative Catering team and works with two office staff and three Heads of Department to ensure the smooth operation of the company. Lewis takes a hands on approach and is often seen quoting events, liaising with suppliers, setting up offsite functions or jumping in and helping the team out. Having worked at Creative Catering since it was established, Lewis has an extensive knowledge of how events work and ways to make each event a success.


Heather Millar - Sales & Marketing

Heather is our event planning one stop shop. From quoting on large and small events to arranging catering, beverages, theming, audio visual requirements and everything in between. Heather has years of experience within the industry in the Lower North Island and works hard to make the event planning process easy and stress-free for all her clients.


Amy Billing - Wedding Consultant and PA to Director of Catering

Amy is our wedding specialists who works with the wedding couple to plan their special day. For onsite or offsite weddings, Amy will be there to ensure all aspects of the day are planned to perfection. Amy has a back ground working in restaurants and Hotels in Australia and New Zealand and has worked for Creative Catering for four years.


Todd Tregoweth - Executive Chef

Todd heads our team of talented Chefs.  Either cooking from our modern kitchen facilities at the Awapuni Function Centre, or working from a marquee at a farm wedding, Todd and his team take pride and care in all the meals they prepare. Born and breed in the Manawatu, Todd has returned after making his childhood passion a successful career while working in Rotorua and the Coromandel for the past 30 years.


Megan Vincent - Maître D

Megan oversees the running of all onsite and offsite events, checking rooms are set, decorated and on point. Her team ensure the smooth delivery of food throughout the event and are always there to help out with last minutes details. Megan has worked for Creative Catering for ten years and comes from a fine dining back ground.


Shane Russell - Refreshments Manager

Shane is responsible for the setting and running of all bars and refreshment requirements at on and offsite events. From a bar for post conference drinks to 15+ bars on a busy race day, Shane and his team deliver efficient and friendly service. Shane has worked at Creative Catering for 12 years.
