Whether your Meeting or Conference is large or small, the Awapuni Function Centre offers first class facilities and the flexibility to host them all. Our dedicated Conference Cooridinator will facilitate your venue, catering, themeing and audio visual needs to ensure your meeting runs smoothly.

Bookings for the Awapuni Function Centre are managed and catered by Creative Catering. We also work closely with our preferered audio visual company Image Group to ensure all aspects of your meeting are planned, managed and delivered to your specifications.

FREE Coach Transfers

When holding your conference at the Awapuni Function Centre, book your delegates accommodation at either the Hotel Coachman, Copthorne Hotel or Distinction Hotel and receive complimentary Delegate Coach Transfers to the Awapuni Function Centre and return.*
